Another couple with similar names then visit to view their house which is up for sale. Prospective house buyer Bob is a proud Brummie who just happens to be a rather good Elvis impersonator.

This is matched by Alan who likes to think of himself as a conductor. In this delightful play of confusion one comic scene follows another.
